About International Conference on IDBA
The International Conference on Data Science and Big Data Analysis (IDBA), formerly known as ACM-WIR, is a distinguished and well-established event that has been organized since 2016. Over the years, IDBA has successfully hosted international conferences in 2016, 2018, 2023, 2024, and 2025, each serving as a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
The global pandemic highlighted the critical importance of Data Science and Big Data Analytics, accelerating their role in addressing challenges across industries, academia, and government. Building on this momentum, we are proud to announce the 6th International Conference on IDBA, scheduled for July 2026.
This upcoming edition is being organized in association with ACM, the IEEE Computer Society, and CSI, with confirmed collaboration from the Namibia University of Science and Technology. Additional esteemed partners will be announced soon.
The conference aims to bring together academicians, researchers, industry professionals, students, and government experts to share original contributions, explore emerging trends, and discuss both long-term research issues and immediate challenges in the field of Data Science and Big Data Analytics.
The International Conference on Data Science and Big Data Analysis (IDBA) is designed to serve as a premier platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Its primary goal is to bring together academicians, industry leaders, researchers, students, and government experts who are actively engaged in the field of Data Science and Big Data Analytics.
